JOB OFFER – SHIFT LEADER / SERVER / BARISTA

FL Cafe Restaurant located in South Beach, Miami Beach, is looking for an experienced Shift Leader , skilled in both service and barista duties , to join our dynamic team in a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle opening and/or closing shifts. 
• Lead, guide, and support the team during service. 
• Deliver fast, professional, and friendly customer service. 
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and barista-style drinks according to our standards. 
• Take customer orders and ensure excellent follow-up at the table. 
• Prioritize tasks during rush hours and maintain strong team communication. 
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality procedures. 
• Assist in training new team members. 

Required Profile

• Proven experience as a server and/or barista, 5 years minimum experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to make quick decisions. 
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude. 
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• English required — French or Spanish is a plus. 

Qualifications

• Solid experience in hospitality or food service. 
• Previous shift leader or supervisory experience is highly appreciated. 
• Hospitality-related certifications are a plus. 

Availability

• Morning, afternoon, and/or evening shifts. 
• Flexibility required.
