The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to fill the role of Associate Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships . This high-impact leadership position blends big-brand power with creative freedom. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, you will have the autonomy to make high-level decisions, lead a talented creative team, and cultivate major corporate relationships. What You’ll Do Drive the Strategy : Architect and execute comprehensive digital, social, and experiential marketing campaigns to skyrocket brand visibility. Lead the Team : Mentor and guide a talented creative squad, including our Marketing and Communications Manager, Creative Services Manager, and interns. Own the Partnerships : Serve as the primary point of contact for joint marketing initiatives with Keurig Dr Pepper, corporate advertisers, and major stakeholders. Fuel Revenue Growth : Oversee exciting revenue streams, including online giving campaigns, event sponsorships, and our historic courtyard brick campaign. Be the Voice : Serve as the official Museum representative and primary point of contact for media interviews. Analyze & Optimize : Dive into data analytics and KPIs to track ROI, optimize budgets, and deeply understand visitor trends. What You Bring to the Table Experience : 5–7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and budgets. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Partnership Prowess : Demonstrated success securing corporate sponsorships and managing revenue-generating marketing initiatives. Tech Savvy : High comfort level navigating and leveraging CRM software to drive audience strategy. Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Spanish language proficiency is a big plus! Industry Context : Prior experience in nonprofit operations, live events, or visitor-based tourism organizations is highly valued.
