Job Description Based in Miami, Florida this role will be at the ground level of building and developing Vuori’s unique and fast‑growing shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced leader who desires the challenge of a fast‑growing business. You are the ultimate ambassador of our brand; accountable for creating a highly productive environment in which customers have a fun and memorable experience, employees are motivated to do their best and the business thrives. You understand the importance of engaging with and building the Vuori community through our retail locations and will partner with the Marketing team to design and facilitate local events and activations. What you'll get to do Leadership & People Management Effectively manage Vuori stores in your region through touch‑bases, in‑person visits and development conversations. Continuously audit and improve operational processes. Oversee the hiring process for all store roles – you are connected to the vision and strategy for the store teams and support the General Managers in their hiring decisions, building a diverse team that prioritizes customer connection and provides world‑class experience. Support General Managers in creating a culture of performance feedback, support and recognition – setting the expectation of daily “in the moment” and well‑as formalized coaching, training and recognition, grounded in the global vital behaviors and performance drivers. Employee relations: stay up‑to‑date on HR compliance laws in your region and ensure teams abide by labor law policies; partner with HR and People team as necessary to resolve employee issues. Develop and audit onboarding and ongoing training materials for the Vuori retail teams; proactively develop new trainings as needed. Cross‑Functional Partnership Act as a liaison between HQ and Vuori retail stores through regular communications; own the two‑way feedback loop to continuously improve the business and employee experience. Create and facilitate pipeline for bottoms‑up communication of ideas, customer insights, and best practices from teams to Vuori HQ. Partner with Retail New Store Opening Manager and team to produce new store openings in your region. Sales & Operations Own the store performance: meet and exceed revenue targets in your region by looking ahead at targets, revenue drivers, and KPIs, and develop short‑ and long‑term sales strategies, partnering with marketing. Visual merchandising: partner with Merch/Marketing to ensure brand consistency and standards are being upheld in each Vuori store within your region, including windows, displays and fixtures. Support General Managers scheduling and payroll; ensure teams are properly staffed; resolve discrepancies with store managers and finance. Ensure holiday pay, overtime and all policies are adhered to. Track and update regional P&L; find opportunities for cost savings and profit driving. Ensure store standards are maintained, including merchandising visuals, marketing, cleanliness, appropriate inventory levels, back‑room organization and safety in accordance with company operating policies and procedures. Community You lead innovation in the community, reaching out to new communities, as well as growing and driving traffic in established markets. Be knowledgeable about local clientele and communities and establish an ongoing rapport with the local community. Along with General Managers, act as local brand ambassador to position brand through community/charitable involvement, partnerships with local studios, gyms, teams and athletes. Qualifications Who you are 4+ years in multi‑unit retail leadership. An obsessive approach to elevating the customer experience and commitment to taking every opportunity to over‑deliver. You act like an owner: if something isn’t working, you fix it and constantly find ways to improve the business by taking feedback from the team and customers and translating it into action items. Availability must reflect the needs of the business – this schedule will include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Extensive experience with P&L, POS & CRM. Ability to build and maintain relationships, solicit cooperation, and achieve results through collaboration while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Expertise in human resources, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. Ability to travel up to 50%. Wellness & fitness benefits. Base salary ranges from $112,000 to $147,000 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary based on location, skills, experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of a commission. The target annual commission is $30,000, with actual payout dependent on factors including store performance.
