Compensation:

$122,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Actively prospect and generate leads to build a robust client base.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to manage your pipeline effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
