Schedule:
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- PT Licensed through [state] Board of Allied Health
- CPR/AED Certified
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and manage pain.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises.
