Mavis Tire - Outside Sales RepresentativeWeldon Tire is a leading wholesale tire distributor and a proud division of Mavis Tire. We're expanding rapidly across the U.S. and are looking for driven, self-motivated professionals to join our growing team. Our success is built on lasting relationships, responsive customer service, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs.We are looking for talented and competitive Outside Sales Representatives in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts to achieve revenue growth objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a background in tires or automotive service who thrives in an outside sales environment, is comfortable with regional travel, and can confidently prospect, call on potential accounts, pre-qualify prospects, and close sales.ResponsibilitiesProspect, visit, and grow a base of independent tire dealers, repair shops, and automotive service centersUse a multi-pronged sales approach: cold calling, pre-arranged appointments, and on-the-fly visitsRepresent Weldon Tire professionally and build trust with accounts through consistency and responsivenessProactively manage customer accounts and customer service needsTrack and report on customer activity, market trends, and sales performance using company KPI toolsPeriodic travel to expand business, develop relationships, and finalize business mattersInterested candidates must meet the following position requirements:Clean, valid driver's license, and comfortable with frequent travelStable, verifiable work historyAt least 1 to 2 years of sales experienceExperience or strong familiarity with the tire or automotive industry is highly preferredExceptional relationship-building skills; with customers, suppliers, and employeesPrior automotive background preferred, not required.Able to represent Mavis Tire in a positive way throughout the sales cycleEmployee BenefitsAt Mavis, we understand that our people drive our success.
