School Physical Therapist Contract

School Physical Therapist contract for a 36-week assignment in Galesburg, Michigan. The role offers up to $58 per hour based on experience and requires a PT or PTA license with a Michigan PT license. The position involves providing therapy services across five small districts in eastern Kalamazoo and collaborating with school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Physical Therapy services, including evaluations and treatment plans
• Document service notes accurately and timely
• Cover five small districts in the eastern part of Kalamazoo
• Collaborate with educational teams and communicate with district staff
• Maintain compliance with licensing and background check requirements

Qualifications:

• PT or PTA license
• Michigan PT license
• Minimum one year experience providing PT services, evaluations, and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Valid background check and flexible schedule
