Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Partners Personnel is actively seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our client's dynamic team in Plainfield, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified candidates looking to contribute to an established operation within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of forklifts, including Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift.
• Demonstrate operational proficiency while on the forklift and engage in additional warehouse tasks, including packing and picking as needed.
• Stay flexible and willing to train on a Turret Forklift for future operational needs.
• Perform manual labor tasks, which may include bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stand for extended periods while performing various warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and machinery.
