This full-time role will drive continuous improvement by implementing the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS). You will support operations, analyze performance, and manage projects aiming to boost operational efficiency. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, a minimum of five years’ manufacturing experience, and strong leadership skills.
