Apprentice Construction Laborer
We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers to support multi-family housing projects. This role offers exposure to a wide range of construction tasks and trades, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a versatile skill set in the construction industry.
Offers an opportunity to get hands-on exposure to concrete, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC skills.
Job Duties:
- Assist with general construction activities, including concrete, carpentry, and labor tasks
- Perform site cleanup and maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Support punch list completion and finishing work
- Use hand tools and basic power tools daily
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Load, unload, and move materials around the job site
- Work across different trades based on project needs
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required protective equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
