You’ll also assist with vendor coordination and collaborate with leadership to improve property operations. Hours & Schedule Monday - Friday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM Schedule subject to change based on business needs Your Essential Responsibilities Work Orders & Follow-Up – Answer maintenance requests and input work orders promptly Inventory & Vendor Coordination – Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes Capital Project Assistance – Schedule and track special projects and make-readies Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives What We’ll Expect From You 2-5 years of related experience or training Customer service and coordination experience Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ready to join a collaborative team and help keep our community running smoothly?
