The ideal Client Services professional brings a phenomenal foundation in account leadership and integrated marketing strategy with a growth-minded, entrepreneurial approach. This is a highly visible role that works closely with leadership and we're seeking someone who truly enjoys having an ambitious and energetic voice, making an impact, and helping shape what is next as the organization continues to scale and grow across multiple markets. What You’ll Do: Lead High-Impact Client Relationships Be the senior strategic partner and primary point person for a portfolio of corporate, B2B, and consumer-focused clients. Help clients navigate marketing challenges, identify opportunities, and achieve business objectives. Facilitate strategic conversations that move beyond campaign execution and focus on long-term growth, brand positioning, and measurable results. Build credibility through thoughtful recommendations, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of every client's business. Drive Integrated Marketing Initiatives Guide the development of multi-channel marketing programs that leverage a blend of digital, media, creative, public relations, social, and brand strategies. Partner with internal specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and delivering against established goals. Evaluate performance data, market insights, and industry trends to continuously refine recommendations and maximize overall impact. Own Account Performance & Growth Oversee health of client engagements from both strategic and business perspectives, balancing client success with company objectives. Identify fresh opportunities to deepen partnerships, expand offerings, and increase overall value. Participate in strategic planning, client presentations, and business development initiatives that support continuous growth. Influence Teams & Elevate Execution Provide leadership and guidance across internal teams, helping maintain momentum, accountability, and high expectations and standards of work. Foster strong collaboration among marketing disciplines to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences. Contribute to a growing culture that strongly values inspiring initiative, champions problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. 7+ years of experience in a multi-channel marketing, advertising, communications focused role within a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Past experience strategizing and evaluating business challenges, developing solutions, and driving integrated marketing improvements across various roles and departments. Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships while balancing other priorities. Strong business mindset with ability to connect operational decisions to financial performance, team productivity, and organizational goals. Exposure to both B2B and consumer-focused brands, harnessing the ability to adapt strategies across various industries and audiences. Confidence presenting ideas, navigating client conversations, and leading discussions with executive-level decision makers.
