Assistant Site Superintendent
Location: Philadelphia, PA - work conducted across the Mid-Atlantic
Qualifications:
2+ years of Construction Site experience
HS Diploma, Associates Degree, or Bachelor's Degree
Job Duties:
Assist Site Supervisor in managing daily operations at construction site
Support site safety enforcement
Help maintain project schedule, production goals and workflow
Coordinate subcontractor deliveries and site logistics
Track project records such as daily logs, RFIs, as-builts, and reports
Review plans, drawings and specifications for constructability and code compliance
Perform other duties at the request of the Site Supervisor or PM.
