$150,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote listings and engage with potential clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
