Job Description As an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon with TPMG, you will step into a thriving, well-established practice based in the North Valley between Sacramento and the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills. You will work alongside a collegial team that includes 12 orthopedic surgeons (including 3 hand specialists), 8 Physician Assistants, 2 non-operative sports medicine physicians, dedicated patient care coordinators, and expert schedulers. Surgical Practice Scope: Focus on sports medicine and hip arthroscopy. Manage cold trauma, routine fractures, and general orthopedic cases. Maintain a highly favorable work-life balance with a shared community-level trauma call schedule of approximately 1:12. Job Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Successful completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a subspecialty Fellowship in Sports Medicine. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Currently licensed to practice in California or eligible to obtain a California medical license. Base Salary Range: $640,200.00 to $660,000.00 / Year Incentive Potential: Up to an additional $83,270.00* (based on premium pay and performance metrics). Access up to $250,000.00 for a home down payment - interest-free for 10 years with NO payments due until the end of the 10-year period. Up to $10,000.00 moving allowance paid directly by TPMG.
