Become an essential part of a supportive school-based team as an Occupational Therapist serving students in a dynamic educational setting near Tempe, AZ. This full-time contract opportunity begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 2027, offering a meaningful way to use your expertise to improve children’s lives.

This position includes a 40-hour workweek, providing consistent hours and the chance to build meaningful relationships with students and faculty. You'll collaborate with educational staff to design and implement interventions that facilitate student growth and achievement. Caseload specifics will be covered in detail during the interview process to ensure a great fit for your skills and interests.

Candidates should bring strong clinical reasoning, the ability to adapt to varying needs, and a passion for helping children reach their highest potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to student success
• Organizational skills for managing a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide school-based OT services, supporting students across various settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and comply with documentation requirements
• Support the development of fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
