Salary: $60,000–$74,000 annually

About the Role

A leading provider of airline catering and onboard logistics services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the timely movement of products needed for daily airline operations. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse leadership, inventory management, food handling, and using warehouse systems to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining productivity and safety standards
• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational priorities
• Schedule staffing to meet production demands while managing labor and overtime costs
• Monitor inventory levels, perform inventory control activities, and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Utilize warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel to track inventory and operational performance
• Ensure all products are handled according to food safety and quality standards
• Support on-time production and catering operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and product availability
• Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, DOT, GMP, and other applicable regulations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, food production, or logistics
• Strong inventory management experience
• Experience working with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or inventory software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing, food distribution, airline catering, or other food handling environment
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP, GMP, FDA, and USDA requirements
• Experience leading continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or similar operational methodologies

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation is preferred
