Safe Families is hiring for a child care worker to support LYDIA’s residential program, working with youth aged 6–17. The role focuses on skill-building, regulation, and trauma-informed care in a structured living setting. You will facilitate group activities, monitor safety, and help youth with education and emotional growth.
