Quality Reviewer - developmental disabilities services

To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for multiple full-time Quality Reviewer positions. As a Quality Reviewer, Your Daily Work Will Involve Traveling throughout the region Leading onsite reviews of residential and day service provider organizations Interviewing people in service as well as their families and guardians Interviewing provider organization staff Conducting provider reviews to determine alignment with person-centered principles and CMS regulations Data collection and report writing Participating in various quality improvement initiatives Partnering with people in service to conduct National Core Indicator Surveys Collaborating with other Liberty Quality Reviewers You Can Expect $55,000 annual salary 30 days of paid time off annually Health insurance and other perks Reimbursement for approved work-related mileage You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following: At least four years of experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities Knowledge of person-centered practices Bachelor’s degree Outstanding verbal and communication skills Consultative approach and ability to achieve rapport with a wide array of individuals You must have a driver’s license and insured vehicle which you can use for work-related travel.
