Distribution Supervisor

What makes you great Inthis role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-daydistribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently andeficiently You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customersand locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde'squality assurance system Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internalgoals, customer expectation and operational standard Train the Distribution Team in all aspects of Linde Safety and Qualitysystems and requirements You will monitor distribution efficiencies and staffing levels to ensurecustomer delmands are consistently met You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training,conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations Control costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selectingthe most cost-efficient method of shipment Drive productivity to maximize distribution capabilities and operationalefficiency, while providing job training that fosters career development andgrowth Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
