Job Summary

We are hiring two HR Coordinators to support our growing Human Resources team. One position will focus primarily on employee onboarding and HR administration , while the second will focus on recruiting and candidate coordination . Both roles require strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential employee information.

HR Coordinator – Onboarding

The Onboarding HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting new hires from offer acceptance through their first day and initial employment period.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment paperwork.
• Verify completion of background checks, drug screenings, I-9 documentation, E-Verify, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all onboarding documents are properly completed and filed.
• Communicate with new hires regarding start dates, orientation details, required documentation, and company policies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, payroll, benefits, and other departments to ensure employees are set up properly before their start date.
• Assist with employee data entry, personnel files, HR documentation, and general administrative support.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing documentation or outstanding requirements.
• Support HR compliance efforts and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

HR Coordinator – Recruiting

The Recruiting HR Coordinator will support the recruitment process by helping source, screen, schedule, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings across recruiting platforms and assist with maintaining active job advertisements.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic prescreening.
• Schedule phone screens, interviews, and hiring manager meetings.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process.
• Update applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer preparation.
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, sourcing initiatives, and other hiring activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous HR, recruiting, onboarding, staffing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general HR or applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Professional and dependable with strong customer service skills.
