About the Role
We’re seeking experienced HR professionals to contribute expertise in leadership development and digital strategy. This role supports digital campaign development, professional outreach, and community engagement within a global professional network.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional HR experience (Consulting, Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Organizational Development)
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn and apply new digital tools
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Marketing or digital outreach experience is an asset
Skills & Experience
- Confident communicator, especially by phone
- Demonstrated success applying HR expertise to diverse organizational contexts
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, communication platforms, or digital tools to support outreach and engagement
- Track record of contributing to collaborative, values‑driven business cultures
