Legal experience is not required – we will provide training for the right candidate. Requirements High school diploma required 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience. Polished telephone and email communication skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Preference Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Ability to manage a high-volume workload while staying organized and detail-oriented Job Overview The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will support attorneys during the early stages of a case, from initial client intake through pre-litigation. This role works closely with the legal team to keep cases organized, ensure timely communication, and help move matters forward efficiently. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are important, as the Case Manager will regularly speak with clients, answer questions, and provide updates on their case. The Case Manager plays an important part in supporting the legal team and helping deliver a positive experience for clients.
