Hiring Security Officers - Walk-In Open House

Metro One Security Management is hosting a Walk-In Open House Hiring Event for motivated, professional Security Officers who are ready to start their next opportunity.

Join our hiring team for an in-person interview , learn about available positions, and potentially receive a same-day conditional offer .

Interview Requirements

Please bring your resume and any valid security licenses or certifications .

Professional appearance and business-casual attire
Active California Guard Card or ability to obtain one
Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
Military or law enforcement experience is a plus

What You'll Do

As a Security Officer with Metro One, you will:

Maintain a visible, professional security presence
Protect clients, employees, customers, and assets
Provide exceptional customer service
Monitor premises and conduct patrols
Complete accurate incident and activity reports
Enforce safety and security procedures
Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
Follow all company policies and procedures, including the hands-off policy
Maintain professionalism while representing Metro One and our clients
