In this role, you’ll champion both: executing complex overhauls and elevating the skills of technicians and customers through targeted training.Our commitment to your craftLocation: Dallas, TXSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:45 PMEmployment Type: Full-TimeYour impactExecute with excellencePerform complete LTC rebuilds: teardown, inspection, component replacement, reassembly, and final checks.Run and document Hi-Pot, TTR, Ductor, and Megger tests to verify performance.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults to root cause.Confidently interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and control drawings.Confirm controls, alarms, interlocks, CT wiring, and auxiliary systems function as designed.Champion quality and safety at every stage.Teach what great looks likeDesign and deliver training that blends classroom theory with practical, hands-on modules.Build durable materials—SOPs, work instructions, and comprehensive technical manuals.Evaluate skills through demonstrations and knowledge assessments to ensure mastery.Be the recognized SME for LTC systems, procedures, and control strategies.Improve how we workProduce accurate technical reports and test documentation.Advance safety, quality, productivity, and training effectiveness through continuous improvement.Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to refine products and processes.What you need to succeedRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.5+ years of experience with power transformers and LTCs.Background in transformer maintenance, assembly, testing, or field service.Proven troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.Valid driver's license.Preferred qualificationsTechnical degree or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Technology.Experience instructing or mentoring technicians.Exposure to multiple LTC manufacturers and designs.Core capabilitiesDeep knowledge of LTC repair, maintenance, and diagnostic practices.Hands-on skill with electrical test equipment and control systems.Ability to read and apply electrical schematics and technical drawings.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Detail orientation with a strong commitment to safety.Physical requirementsStanding for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.Use of hand tools and light machinery.Occasional travel to support customer or company locations.Join us to raise the bar on LTC reliability and the training that sustains it. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
