Job Overview

Job Title: Member Experience Associate
Description: Opening this summer, the Forge Sports Center is a brand new sport and entertainment facility featuring multi-use sport courts that will be available for futsal, pickleball, and volleyball.  The facility will feature an on-site coffee shop and bar, which will serve pizza, sandwiches, and salads.   We are seeking high energy, customer-focused candidates to join our new team as Member Experience Associates.  Please note that we are hiring both Member Experience Associates and Senior Member Experience Associates.  Details below!
Job Responsibilities:

• Set a welcoming tone of fun and community with every guest.
• Act as the first point of contact as guests enter the facility.
• Greet guests and verify membership information.
• Master the details of the Forge Sports Center membership plans, facility, and programs to be able to answer guest questions.
• Process guest requests into a court reservation/membership database.
• Answer incoming phone calls and address inbound questions received via email.
• Be familiar with facility emergency processes and procedures to ensure a safe experience for guests.
• Problem solve and address guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other staff members to facilitate the daily operations of the facility.
• Senior Member Experience Associates will act as Manager on Duty at designated times.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience working with computers and/or databases is preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move about the facility as necessary.
• Experience working in a team oriented environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role (Senior position only)
• Experience managing part time employees is preferred. (Senior position only)

Pay Information: $17.00/hr (Member Experience Associate), $25/hr (Senior Member Experience Associate)
