Human Resources Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support organizational growth, the full-time salaried Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in an onsite capacity. Key responsibilities Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and compliance Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs Certification from a recognized HR organization (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
