You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.The Work:You will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance from end to end. This includes: ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is also a critical part of this role. Develop detailed implementation plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize business function performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of implementation activities. Monitor progress and adjust strategies to address challenges and ensure successful delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.Travel may be required for this role.
