We seek a BC/BE OB/GYN to join a fun, collaborative team environment that supports a work and home life balance.

St. John Medical Center is a 346-bed Level III trauma center in Longview, Washington (an hour north of Portland, Oregon and a community of 58,000 and a catchment area of 120,000).

Practice Highlights

PeaceHealth has a clinician well-being program that includes:

• A dedicated medical director of clinician wellness
• DAX – An ambient intelligent scribe solution to assists with completing ambulatory notes
• Vendor relationships that provide free coaching, counseling, and concierge services
• Practice experience program (PEP), longitudinal New Clinician Education and Clinician Leadership Development programs that focus on efficiency principles, patient, and human experience, and include CME credits

Compensation & Benefits:

• First year salary guarantee of $376,896 for a 1.0 FTE
• Generous employment bonus
