Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Saturday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document access activity in support of security‑related protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, restricted access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Support day‑to‑day operations by reporting unusual activity, preparing incident documentation, and following Allied Universal and client‑directed procedures for access management and security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security‑related supervisor and/or manager experience or 3+ years of security‑related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Have access control and/or badge experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
