Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document access activity in support of security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, restricted access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting unusual activity, preparing incident documentation, and following Allied Universal and client-directed procedures for access management and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor and/or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Have access control and/or badge experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
