The Customer Service Representative provides service and courteous support to client's customers. The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information or assistance in response to customer inquiries and handles/resolves complaints in various departments/specialties.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (as applicable)
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
One year experience in the customer service industry preferred
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
