Diploma or GED. One or more years’ experience in the Automotive Industry. Basic math, reading, comprehension and computer skills. Job Duties Perform required quality checks on parts and record on appropriate inspection sheets File all completed quality records in designated storage areas Perform incoming and outgoing dock inspections / audits Identify nonconforming material; sort and rework if required 5S responsibilities include marking floor, hanging signs, and being involved with activities. Execute all job responsibilities in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements Actively participate in the quality process and incorporate zero defects standard in all work Work within a team environment Requirements Strong basic mathematical skills Computer literate; ability to use software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Ability to use proper tools and protective equipment to perform destruct tests Ability to efficiently use basic hand measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, torque wrenches and scales.
