Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (based on placement) Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week) Start Date: ASAP or upon availability Pay: Competitive weekly compensation based on experience and setting Nurse-owned—we understand the therapy world from the ground up Transparent, personalized support throughout your assignment Opportunities for contract extensions or future placements Bi-weekly direct deposit and competitive pay Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice Document evaluations, treatments, and progress according to facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (CFY considered for strong candidates) BLS certification (AHA preferred) Minimum of 1 year of recent SLP experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and empathy Why Bakersfield, CA?
