Ootoro Sushi is a Japanese fine dining restaurant in Walnut, CA specializing in omakase, premium sashimi,
and seasonal Japanese cuisine. We are looking for a Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst to help us understand
our customers and make smarter business decisions.
Responsibilities
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Track performance of marketing channels (Google, Yelp, Instagram)
• Research local market and competitor pricing
• Build basic forecasts to support staffing and planning
• Prepare reports and summaries for management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics or a related field — must have strong
coursework in quantitative methods
• 1+ years of relevant experience (internships considered)
• Proficient in Excel; Python, R, or SQL a plus
• Strong written communication skills
• Restaurant or hospitality experience a plus but not required
