Commercial Systems Specialist

As a Commercial Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling commercial excellence by ensuring the effective management, optimization, and adoption of our commercial systems and analytical tools.Do you enjoy transforming data into actionable business insights? Join us and help shape the future of commercial operations at Essity.What You Will DoManage and optimize commercial systems, including CRM platforms and related commercial tools.Maintain customer accounts, data quality, and commercial system integrity.Monitor sales funnel performance and support pipeline management activities.Develop reports, dashboards, and business analyses using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.Transform data into actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and business growth.Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new commercial processes and functionalities.Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of commercial systems, reporting standards, and best practices.Provide ongoing support to commercial teams, ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, CRM Administration, or related roles.Experience within Medical Devices preferred; Pharmaceutical industry experience will also be considered.Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data modeling and analytical reporting.Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query.Experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.Proven ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful business insights.Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build credibility and influence commercial teams.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
