What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, confident, and engaging presence that reflects the energy of the venue.
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while maintaining smooth guest flow throughout the space.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure efficient service and table turnover.
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions about seating and the overall experience.
• Maintain an organized and polished host stand and entrance area at all times.
• Support the flow of guests during live music and peak hours to enhance the overall atmosphere.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment that prioritizes exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Previous host, restaurant, lounge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
