- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as the foundation.
- Conduct clinical assessments , develop safety plans, and deliver crisis interventions.
- Facilitate engaging DBT skills groups to empower youth and families.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and community partners for comprehensive care.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for telephone crisis coaching.
- Be part of a new, innovative program shaping mental health care in the Bronx.
- Work with a passionate team committed to creating positive change.
