Job Description

As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will participate in a structured development program designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the organization. You'll gain exposure to daily business operations, team collaboration, customer engagement, and strategic decision-making while receiving ongoing coaching from experienced professionals.

This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, develop management skills, and grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive leadership development program.
Learn daily business operations and organizational processes.
Collaborate with multiple departments on business initiatives.
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
Build strong relationships with team members and clients.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and leadership potential.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Continuously develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
