Responsible RecruiterMeineke is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our store locations. This role is critical to keeping our shops fully staffed with qualified technicians, service advisors, and management talent. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment, can juggle multiple open requisitions across locations, and is comfortable both sourcing candidates and closing offers.Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple store locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offersPost and manage job openings across job boards and sponsor listings as needed to drive application volumeConduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with Store Managers, District Managers, and other hiring stakeholdersFollow up with candidates through to acceptance and onboardingTrack and report on hiring metrics daily/weekly, including offers sent, acceptances, pending decisions, and new hire start datesPartner with HR Coordinator, District Managers and Store Managers to understand staffing needs, priority openings, and store-specific hiring urgencyProactively source passive candidates for hard-to-fill or high-priority roles (e.g., technicians, Store Managers)Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire information across HR systems (e.g., HR Workbook, Interview Scheduler, applicant tracking system, internal trackers)Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including required documentation (I-9, tax forms, direct deposit, etc.) and e-signature completionSupport employer branding efforts to attract candidates, including job posting content and messagingIdentify and troubleshoot recruiting bottlenecks (e.g., low application volume, high candidate drop-off) and adjust sourcing strategy accordinglyCommunicate regularly with leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and staffing risk at priority locations1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, multi-location, or retail/automotive environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managersHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and candidates at different stages simultaneouslyStrong follow-through and sense of urgency, particularly for mission-critical or hard-to-fill positionsProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reportingAbility to work independently while communicating proactively with a distributed team of store and district leadersCompetitive payOpportunities for growth and advancement within the companyA fast-paced, high-impact role directly supporting company growth and store staffing needsCompensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
