Temporary Help For Motor Vehicles Operations Required Education: High School or equivalent Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Abilities: Ability to greet and assist customers in a professional manner Ability to screen and review customer paperwork for completeness Ability to manage customers using a queuing system Ability to accurately grade vision test results Ability to enter vision test results into a computer Ability to assist customers with Client's kiosks Ability to take customer photographs for driver's licenses Ability to proctor tests Basic computer/data-entry skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow established Client procedures and instructions accurately Preferred Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Abilities: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a government or public-facing environment Previous experience with data entry or computer-based systems Experience assisting customers with self-service kiosks Experience administering or proctoring tests Client has an immediate need for temporary help to support Client's (Motor Vehicles) operations and provide customer service assistance. Job Duties: Greet customers Screen customer paperwork Manage customers in the queuing system Grade vision test results Enter passing vision test results into the computer Assist customers at Client's kiosks Take customer photos for driver's licenses Proctor tests **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
