Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
• Competence in evaluating students’ needs and creating individualized intervention plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities relevant to academic performance
• Develop and implement therapy plans based on evaluation findings and student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute occupational therapy goals/objectives
• Deliver individual and small group therapy sessions within school settings
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, support staff, and families to provide strategies and support for students’ occupational needs
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
