Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

Solon Smiles is a friendly, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to start part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the practice grows.

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Days and hours are flexible based on candidate availability and practice needs
• Scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice grows

Appointment Times

• Adults: 60 minutes
• Children: 40 minutes

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take digital x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient comfort and quality care

Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
