Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 12+ years of experience developing complex electrical hardware products from concept through production, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDeep expertise in board-level architecture, schematic design, component selection, and electrical system integrationStrong experience with analog and digital circuit design, power delivery, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, SAS, SATA, or similar technologiesExtensive knowledge of PCB design practices, including signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT, and reliability considerationsDemonstrated success leading hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and cross-functional technical problem-solving effortsDesirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (Master’s degree preferred).Experienced in developing high-performance enterprise computing platforms, leveraging advanced ECAD/simulation tools, deep datacenter architecture expertise, and leadership of global engineering teams and partnersYou will: Lead end-to-end PCBA development from architecture and requirements definition through schematic design, layout guidance, bring-up, validation, and production releaseDrive board-level architecture and key technical decisions for next-generation server, storage, networking, and AI platformsLead cross-functional design tradeoff decisions that balance performance, cost, power, reliability, manufacturability, and scheduleLead complex debug, root cause analysis, and electrical validation efforts while ensuring product quality and production readinessMentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, and influence technical strategy across multiple programs and product generationsFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-27
