Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage logistics, business unit, and transportation services. Oversee stock levels, shipment processing, and inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to enhance service levels. Develop strategies to optimize delivery routes and transportation costs. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a strong plus. Three to five years’ experience working as a logistics manager preferred. Record of successful distribution and logistics management. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a warehouse staff. Proficient in standard logistics software and Microsoft Office: Excel & Outlook email, required. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. Some tasks may require the ability to perceive and discern sounds and visual cues or signals. Ability to communicate orally. Able to work around moving machinery.
