This role is pivotal in supporting strategic legal matters across the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. Key responsibilities include providing legal support for corporate transformation projects (such as M&As, restructurings, and business expansion), drafting and negotiating critical commercial and cross-border agreements, and advising various operational functions on legal, commercial, and regulatory matters.
