The MSO Growth Lead defines the sales strategy for multiple lines of business targeting specific markets. The MSO Growth Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will report to the Associate Director, Channel Development.

The MSO Growth Lead will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO/IPA network. This role is responsible for engaging independent primary care practices on Centerwell's MSO/IPA offering in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets. This role will be responsible for achieving targets around the recruitment of providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals, and requires an understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting.

The MSO Growth Lead will be the subject matter expert on Centerwell's MSO/IPA product portfolio and support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships that drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals. This role will be accountable for achieving annual growth targets. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with provider partners and executing contractual agreements to join our MSO/IPA network. This will also be done through broad collaboration with corporate leadership, partners across contracting, key local partners, and our market leadership teams, among others.

Key Responsibilities

The MSO Growth Lead recruits primary care practices to join CenterWell IPA Solutions to meet growth targets. The incumbent will partner with key CenterWell Stakeholders through the following ways:

• Develop extensive knowledge and understanding of Centerwell's MSO/IPA offering and corresponding provider and membership growth strategies
• Work independently, and with adjacent market leaders, to develop a deep understanding of the local market competitive landscape, understanding the relationships/impacts to Centerwell product portfolio
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative input to drive channel growth and help the business consistently achieve related growth targets
• Recognize trends that can complement and/or enhance product offerings
• Facilitate complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
• Provide national and local market leadership teams with key reporting and insights that help drive alignment around growth projections
• Collaborates across teams to provide meaningful input to drive strategic decisions around program design, contracting efforts and capital deployment
• Maintaining a focus on the ultimate objective of creating and fostering provider partnerships that are hyper focused on succeeding in a value-based setting through improving patient health outcomes

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement and/or provider contracting
• Must have extensive value-based care knowledge
• Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and create partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations
• Extensive knowledge of local market provider landscape
• Motivated self-starter that can independently develop a growth pipeline and execute provider agreements that drive our programs towards success
• Outcomes focused individual that thrives on outperforming against quantifiable goals
• Experience working across a segmented business to align partners towards a common goal
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external business leaders
• Must be able to independently build sales channels and support business area goals

• Master's degree preferred

• Remote role
• Incumbent must reside in Salt Lake City or Seattle area
• Role requires <75% local travel; mileage reimbursement will be issued

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
