Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary Compensation: Base Pay: $17.00 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base + Targeted Commission): $24.69 per hour. Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and facilitate payment of bills in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive work environment. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
