We're hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to take the field lead on a major, multi-year healthcare construction project in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a rare opportunity to run the electrical scope on a large, complex, high-visibility build with an established electrical contractor known for quality, innovation, and long-term stability.

What You'll Lead:

• Daily field operations for a large-scale healthcare facility
• Oversight of electricians, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple phases
• Installation of advanced electrical systems, infrastructure, and equipment
• Coordination with GC, trades, engineers, and project management
• Enforcement of safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity tracking
• Problem-solving in fast-moving environments with complex electrical scopes
• Collaboration with BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and logistics teams

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of electrical field leadership (Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar)
• Experience on large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or institutional projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC requirements
• Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and xhyhwjd maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
