Surgical Technician

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Key functions include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide skilled nursing care in various specialties including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room.
• Manage hospice care for patients with serious illness and advancing age.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for field work.

• Experience in multiple nursing specialties such as ICU, ER, or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to nursing specialties.
• Advanced training in hospice or palliative care.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-acuity environments.
• Flexibility to work in various clinical settings including inpatient and home care.
• May require on-call availability depending on assignment.

• Work schedules may include day, night, or rotating shifts based on clinical area needs.
• Shift assignments determined by department staffing requirements.
